威海雷电灾害分布及成因分析

摘    要:利用威海气象局1997—2017年雷电灾害统计资料,分析威海市雷电灾害的主要形式、经济损失、伤亡人数、时空分布特征、行业特征和地域差异,并对灾害成因做了进一步的分析。结果表明,雷灾事故相对发生较多的地区为威海中部及西部内陆地区,雷灾事故相对发生较少的地区为东部及南部沿海地区;年雷电灾害次数总体呈上升趋势;雷电造成的损害有直接雷击灾害和间接雷击灾害,其中间接雷击造成的损失占79.44%;每年5—8月是威海雷电灾害事故高发时期,每天15:00—17:00是雷电灾害事故高发时段;雷击造成微电子设施损失位居榜首,供配电设施次之;郊区雷击时常造成人员伤亡事故,应引起特别关注。

Distribution and Cause Analysis of Lightning Disaster in Weihai

Abstract:Based on the statistical data of lightning disaster from 1997 to 2017 in Weihai Meteorological Bureau,the main forms,economic losses,casualties,spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,industrial characteristics and regional differences of lightning disaster in Weihai City were analyzed,and the causes of the disaster were further analyzed.The results showed that the areas with more thunderstorm accidents were the central and western inland areas of Weihai,and the areas with less thunderstorm accidents were the eastern and southern coastal areas of Weihai.The number of annual lightning disasters was on the rise.The damage caused by lightning included direct lightning and indirect lightning,of which the loss caused by indirect lightning accounted for 79.44%.From May to August,it was the high incidence period of lightning disaster in Weihai,and from 15:00 to 17:00 was the peak time of lightning disaster accidents.The loss of microelectronics facilities caused by lightning was the largest,followed by that of power supply and distribution facilities.It was necessary to pay special attention to the accidents of casualties caused by lightning strikes in suburbs.
