摘    要:通过比较三种猪毛干基因组DNA提取方法,改进了提取猪毛干基因组DNA的技术方法。将DNA提取物进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳、紫外可见分光光度计及PCR扩增分析,结果表明,在毛干中能成功提取到基因组DNA,其浓度和纯度足以满足分子生物学技术试验的要求,该技术还可以减少对动物的伤害,在样品不易获得的濒危动物研究中尤为适用。

Abstract:An improved genome DNA extraction method from swine hair shafts was developed through comparing three different methods. The genome DNA quality was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometer analysis and PCR amplification. The results indicated that the genome DNA was successfully extracted; the concentration and purity were high enough to meet the needs of molecular experiments. Less harm was caused by using this method, and it was especially useful when dealing with the endangered animals.
