| 摘 要： | 通过田间试验对比研究了控释复合肥和普通复合肥对结球甘蓝产量及品质的影响。结果表明:相比常规施肥,在减少N、P、K用量50%的情况下控释复合肥显著增加了甘蓝产量,其中荒菜产量提高20.3%,净菜产量提高16.9%。施用控释复合肥显著降低了甘蓝叶片硝酸盐含量,其中外叶降低23.6%,内叶降低26.4%;控释复合肥显著增加了甘蓝的养分吸收量,N、P和K吸收量分别增加20.6%、20.3%和20.6%。在甘蓝生长期间,施用控释复合肥的处理表层土壤(0~20 cm)硝态氮含量远低于常规施肥的土壤,减少了硝酸盐淋洗损失风险。
