| 摘 要： | 从江西南昌地区一些猪场的疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌典型病例中,采集病猪的病变组织,经细菌分离得到3个分离菌株JXAV-AIII0611、JXAV-AVII0611、JXAV-AX0611,经涂片染色镜检、培养性状观察、生化鉴定以及药敏试验证实该致病菌为猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)。同时利用APP的oml基因设计引物,通过PCR成功扩增出预期的基因片段,为快速诊断该病打下了基础。

| Abstract: | In the suspected of Actionbacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP)typical cases of illness pigs from the Nanchang area of Jiangxi,gathered sickness pig's pathological change organization,obtained three separation strains which named JXAV-AIII0611,JXAV-AVII0611,JXAV-AX0611 after the bacterium separation.By way of smearing dyeing microscopic exam,the growing character observation,the biochemistry identification as well as the medicine sensitive experiment,confirmed this pathogenic bacteria was Actionbacillus Pleuropneumoniae(APP) Meanwhile using the APP oml gene designed primer,successed in increasing the anticipated size of the gene fragment by the Polymerase chain reaction(PCR),lay a certain foundation for the rapid diagnosis of the disease. |
