摘    要:研究在常规冷冻稀释液中分别添加不同浓度的乙二醇作为保护剂,并与甘油作为冷冻保护剂进行对比,以优化犬精液冷冻方案,提高解冻后精子质量。在犬的常规精液冷冻稀释液中分别添加不同浓度的乙二醇(2%,4%,6%,8%,10%),经细管冷冻、解冻后通过分别评价其精子的活率、顶体完整率、畸形率等来筛选其最佳添加浓度。结果表明:添加浓度为6%的乙二醇时,冷冻后精子活力为0.37,顶体完整率为43%,显著好于其他处理组(P0.05);添加浓度为4%的乙二醇时,冷冻后精子畸形率为15%,略优于其他处理组。6%浓度的乙二醇可代替甘油作为冷冻保护剂,且对犬的冷冻效果有显著的促进作用。
