摘    要:不同日粮铜水平及加硒与否与生长猪的肝脏、肾脏、脑、心脏中矿物元素和血液生化指标的相关分析结果表明:肝、肾铜含量随日粮铜水平增加而升高最为明显(r分别为0.9612、0.8823),加硒与否对组织银浓度无显著影响(P>0.05),大多数组织铜浓度与铁、锌、钼呈负相关,肝铜与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化物歧化酶、血液铜与铜兰蛋白、过氧化物歧化酶存在显著的正相关(r分别为0.8813,0.0141,0.9236,0.9810).研究还表日粮钢水平与组织铜、其它矿物元素、血液中某些酶类在代谢上存在一定的相关关系.

Abstract:Different Cu levels in dietary with or without Se were fed to growing pig in order to find out the correlation relationships between Cu in dietary and mineral elements in liver, kidney, brain, heart and blood biochemical. The results showed that Cu concentrations in liver and kidney are increased with increasing the amount of Cu in dietary. The correlation coefficient are 0.9616 and 0.8823 respectively. There is no significant difference between Cu in tissues and in dietary with or without Se (P>0.05), and there exist negative correlations between Fe, Zn, Mo and Cu in many tissues. The relationships between GSH-PX, SOD in blood and Cu in liver, CP, SOD and Cu in blood are obviously significant. The correlation coefficients arc 0.8813,0.9141, 0.9236, 0.8910 respectively. The results also indicated that there arc correlation relationships between Cu in dietary and elements in tissues and blood biochemical parameters.
