低蛋白含量饲料对黄鳝生长和性转变的影响

摘    要:以体重为(9.86±0.82)g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)为试验对象,以白鱼粉和豆粕作为蛋白源,设计10%、15%、20%、25%、40%共5个蛋白水平梯度的等能饲料,探讨低蛋白含量饲料对黄鳝生长、性腺发育和性逆转的影响。结果显示,黄鳝的体重、肥满度、日增重、净增重和成活率都随着饲料蛋白含量的增加而显著增加;黄鳝的性腺指数随着蛋白水平的升高而增加。低蛋白含量饲料组中,间性和雄性比例明显高于高蛋白含量组,表明低蛋白含量饲料对黄鳝的性逆转有促进作用。

Abstract:Using the feed with 10%,15%,20%,25% and 40% crude protein levels,effects of low dietary protein level on growth,gonad development and sex change were investigated in Monopterua albus Zuiew with weight(9.86±0.82) g.The results showed that weight,condition factor,daily weight gain,net yield,specific growth rate and survival ratio significantly increased with the increasing of crude protein levels as well as the gonad somatic index(GSIs).The ratios of intersexuality and male with low protein level feed were significantly higher than the high protein level feed,it suggested that low level of protein stimulate the sex change of Monopterua albus Zuiew.
