阿魏不同溶剂提取物抑菌活性测定

摘    要:通过超声波萃取法用不同溶剂提取阿魏有效成分,结合生长速率法测定阿魏不同溶剂提取物对植物病原菌的抑制活性。结果表明,丙酮、氯仿、乙酸乙酯对阿魏抑菌活性成分的提取能力较强,而且氯仿萃取相表现出较高的抑菌活性;在降低测试浓度的条件下,低浓度的氯仿萃取相对供试病原菌也表现出了较好的抑菌效果。

Abstract:Active ingredients were extracted from different solvents of Ferula through the ultrasonic extraction method.Combined with growth rate method,antibacterial activities of different extraction from Ferula solvents against plant pathogens were determined.The results showed that acetone,chloroform,ethyl acetate had better extraction ability in antibacterial ingredients,and chloroform extraction showed high antibacterial activity.Furthermore,the chloroform extraction also showed better antibacterial activities against tested pathogens at lower concentration.
