| 摘 要： | 新型农民是建设社会主义新农村的中流砥柱,大力发展农村职业教育是培养新型农民的重要途径,但目前人们对农村职业教育存在认识误区、农业职业教育资源的配置失衡、资金投入不足、学校的办学理念和办学模式与培养新型农民的标准相脱节、毕业生的就业渠道也有限等问题阻碍了新型农民的培养进程。根据建设社会主义新农村的需要,有必要从强化宣传、宏观调控、统筹经费、深化改革、微博求职等方面提出一系列的补救措施,为培养和造就具有较高综合素质与就业创业能力的新型农民提供科学建议。

| Abstract: | New peasantry is the mainstay of a new socialist countryside construction,vigorously developing the rural vocational education is an important way to instruct new peasantry,but people to the countryside vocational education existence misunderstanding,agricultural vocational education resources allocation imbalance,insufficient capital investment,the school’s educational philosophy,the school-running model and the standard of training new peasantry are out of line,at the same time,the employment channels are limited,these issues hamper the process of the training of new farmers.Based on the needs of building a socialist new countryside,it is necessary to put forward a series of remedial measures to strengthen publicity,macro-control,coordinate funding,deepen reform,employment,apply for a job from microblog and so on.It is to provide scientific advice to train and bring the comprehensive quality of high capacity and employment of creative ability new peasantry. |
