摘    要:好氧纤维素降解菌,能够促进沼气系统启动阶段厌氧条件的建立以及木质纤维素的降解,因此对于加速沼气系统产气具有重要的作用.通过沼液的静置富集培养,使用选择性培养基进行分离,分离到了1株适合于沼液环境的好氧纤维素降解菌.对其16S rRNA基因进行测序,结果表明这株菌属于放线菌中的链霉菌属.最后通过克隆该株菌的ERIC-PCR指纹图谱条带,找到了1段该菌株特异性序列,能够为监测该菌在沼气强化过程中的应用提供适合的分子标记.

Abstract:Aerobic cellulolytic bacteria might facilitate formation of anaerobic condition for methanogenesis and degradation of lignocellulosic material at start-up stages of biogas fermentation,so they are important for bioaugmentation of biogas production.In this study,aerobic cellulolytic bacteria were enriched by static culture of biogas slurry and subsequently,one aerobic cellulolytic strain was isolated.The strain belongs to genus of Streptomyces according to 16S rRNA gene sequence.At last,a molecular marker of the strain was obtained by cloning one band of ERIC-PCR fingerprinting,which could be used for monitoring the strain in biogas fermentation.
