| 摘 要： | 本实验应用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELIsA）方法对内蒙古地区部分未经PCV-2免疫的猪场猪只780份血样进行抗体阳性检测，结果显示，不同猪场均有PCV-2感染，PCV-2抗体平均阳性率为38．6％（301／780），经产母猪阳性率为38．3％（51／133），后备母猪阳性率为38．7％（46／119），种公猪阳性感染率为23．5％（8／34），哺乳仔猪阳性率为42．8％（80／187），断奶仔猪阳性率为40．9％（70／171），育肥猪阳性率为33．8％（46／136）。结果表明，内蒙古地区养猪场普遍存在猪圆环病毒II型（pcv-2）感染？

| Abstract: | 780 serum samples from Inner mongolia were collected and detected for antibodies against PCV2 by ELISA.The results showed that the positive samples were detected in all pig farms. The average positive rate of the antibodies against PCV-2 was 38.6%（301/780）, the positive rates of sow, replacement gilt, boar, suckling pig, weaning pig and finishing pig were 38.3%（51/133）, 38.7%（46/119）, 23.5%（8/34）, 42.8%（80/187）, 40.9%（70/171）, 33.8%（46/136）, respectively. The results indicated that PCV-2 prevalence was relatively severe in pig herds in In- ner Mongolia. |
