| 摘 要： | 虚拟参考咨询服务是图书馆网络环境下提供服务的重要方式。在对广东省38所本科类高校图书馆开展的虚拟参考咨询服务现状进行全面调查的基础上,对调查结果进行深入分析,就广东高校虚拟参考咨询服务发展现状和存在的问题,提出了针对性的发展对策。以期加强本省高校图书馆对虚拟参考咨询服务的重视,促进本省高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的发展,从而推动虚拟参考咨询稳定、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Virtual Reference Service is the important method under the web circumstance.Based on the investigation of 38 university libraries in Guangdong,the article analyses present situation and the existing problems of the Virtual Reference Service,and suggests the develop strategies.It aims at strengthen the importance of Virtual Reference Service,promote the development of it. |
