| 摘 要： | 本研究对淮安某专业蛋种鸡场的一群种鸡分别于18周龄和32周龄接种了禽流感H5亚型和H9亚型的双价灭活油乳剂疫苗,并对商品代雏鸡进行了母源抗体检测,结果证明,该商品代蛋雏鸡的禽流感H5亚型的母源抗体持续期约为20天,并随日龄增长而缓慢下降,而H9亚型的母源抗体持续期约为10天,10天之后抗体迅速下降。

| Abstract: | A flock of egg breeder from one breeder house in Huai＇an, when they were 18 and 32-week-old,were respectively inoculated with subtype H5 and H9 of Avian influenza inactived oil-emulsion vaccine. Avian influenza maternal antibody levels were tested regularly in chicken. Results showed that the maternal antibody level of the subtype H5 of Avian influenza sustained about 20 days, and cut down slowly when the chicken grow older and older. The maternal antibody level of the subtype H9 of Avian influenza sustained about 10 days, after that, it will get down quickly. |
