| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于单片机MB90F562驱动的直流变频空调室外控制器硬件结构,说明了各单元电路的功能,着重分析了无位置直流无刷电机换流过程及原理。结合相应等效电路,提出了位置检测方法,即1/2母线电压比较法,最后给出了该设计方案压缩机电流实测波形。

| Abstract: | A hardware structure of outdoor controllers of a DC frequency converting air conditioner was introduced,which was based on MB90F562 single chip computer,the function of each unit circuit is presented,the principle of flow changing process of a nonposition DC and brushless motor is emphatically analyzed.The actual waveform of compressor in the design program is presented. |
