| 摘 要： | 2007年，我国经济经历了内部通胀与外部冲击的压力。尽管GDP继续保持快速增长，但经济过热倾向开始凸显，结构性不平衡日益严重，全面通胀预期加速，贸易顺差继续扩大，人民币持续升值，资产价格泡沫令人担忧，国际资本的流动及美国次级贷款危机进一步加大了政府宏观调控的难度。
