阳春砂仁(Amomum villosum lour.)叶枯病菌基本生物学特性研究

摘    要: 砂仁叶枯病菌生长发育温度是10~38℃,孢子发芽温度为5~38℃,而以20~35℃萌发较好。致死温度54℃ 10分钟。孢子萌发要求RH96%以上的高湿度,饱和湿度最佳。病菌在pH3.1~11.05之间都能生长,在pH5.22~10.13时产孢量较多,孢子萌发率则在pH5.0~8.0时为高。砂仁果浸出液能刺激孢子发芽。病菌存活期在16个月以上。该菌对多种单糖、双糖、多糖都能利用,而氮源则以硝态氮和氨基酸态氮利用较好,氨态氮抑制病菌生长。该菌对碳、氮源的利用还受光照条件的影响。

Abstract:The studies revealed that the cardinal temperatures for the growth and development of the pathogen, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, were 10~38℃, for the germination of coni-dia were 5~38℃ with the optimum at 20~35℃.The killing temperature was 54℃ for ten minutes.The humidity for the conidium germination was above RH96% with the optimum of RH100%.The optimal pH for mycelium growth was pH4.2~6.18, whereas those for sporulation was pH5.2~10.1, and those for conidium germination was pH5.0~8.0.The spore germination could be stimulated by the fruit extract. The fungus could use many monosaccharides, disaccharides and polysaccharides as carbon sources, and nitrates and amino acids as nitrogen sources.Ammonia could inhibit the fungus growth.The utilization of carbon sources and nitrogen sources was influenced by light in the laboratory conditions.
