苹果自交不亲和性研究进展

摘    要:在简要介绍植物自交不亲和性的类型、特点及生理调控机制的基础上,着重对苹果自交不亲和性的研究进行了综述,内容包括花柱内花粉管生长特点、花柱S糖蛋白的特性和作用机理及分子生物学研究,并对今后的工作提出了建议。

Abstract:Based on the brief introduction of types,characteristics and the physiological controlling mechanism of the plant self-incompatibility,the self-incompatibility of the fruit trees,mainly on apple,caused by the characteristics of the pollen-tube growth in the style,the train and the acting mechanism of the S-genes in the style and the molecular biologic basis of the self-incompatibility were reviewed.Some research needed in this field in the future were being suggested.
