双吸离心泵性能提高及其试验研究

摘    要:论述了双吸离心泵增大高效点流量、提高水力性能的原理、方法、实施过程及改造结果.根据要求的运行参数,增大叶轮出口宽度,减小叶轮出口直径,重新设计叶轮.并采用CFD软件对新设计的叶轮内部流动进行数值模拟,预测该泵性能.根据新叶轮运行结果,修削泵体隔舌,扩大喉部面积.通过两次改造,效率曲线的高效点向大流量偏移1.18倍,最高效率提高2.9%,最大流量增加1.03倍,效率提高1.8%.

Abstract:The principle, method, design process and change result to enlarge capacity of maximum efficiency running point and improve hydraulic performance of double suction pump were presented. Based on the actually operation, made sure that new performance of the pump was designed, the impeller output width was increased, and the output diameter was decrease. CFD software was applied to simulate the flow in the new impeller and forecast the performance of the pump. According to the test result, it was necessary to trim the throat board of the volute to extend the area of the throat. After two modifications to the pump, the newly capacity of maximum efficiency running point was 1.18 times than that of the previous one, the maximum efficiency was increased by 2.9%; the maximum capacity was 1.03 times than that of the previous one, the efficiency of maximum capacity was improved by 1.8%.
