座椅悬架非线性弹性特性的优化和实验验证

摘    要:提出了座椅悬架非线性随机振动模型,用9次齐次多项式表示非线性弹性力,应用等效线性化方法进行了近似计算,以座面加权加速度均方根值为目标函数优化了非线性弹性力,依据非线性弹性力和EQ1060F汽车座下功率谱设计制造了悬架样机,进行了室外实验验证,证明了模型的合理性。

Abstract:In this article, a non linear, random vibration model for a seat suspension was developed, the non linear force was described by a 9 homogeneous polynome. The model was solved by the equivalent linearization. Using the seat's weighted acceleration as a goal function, the non linear force was optimized. Based on the non linear force and the power spectrum below seat for a truck EQ1060F, the suspension model was designed and manufactured. The out door verification test proved that the model is reasonable.
