光声光谱法检测生菜中的敌敌畏残留

摘    要:为给蔬菜的农药残留检测提供一种快速有效的方法,配置不同浓度的敌敌畏样本,用光声光谱法测定,光谱扫描范围为300~800 nm,调制频率为8~200 Hz。结果表明,利用光声光谱法对生菜中的敌敌畏残留进行检测,线性范围在0.014~0.885μg/m L之间,相关系数r=0.998 5,检出限为0.012μg/m L,与气相色谱法相比无明显差异且测量结果较精确。

Determination for Dichlorvos Pesticide Residual in Lettuce Based on Photoacoustic Spectroscopy Method
Abstract:In order to provide an rapid and effective determination method for pesticide residues in vegetables, pesticide sam-ples with different concentrations of dichlorvos configuration were collected and measured by using the photoacoustic spec-troscopy with spectral scanning range of 300~800 nm and modulation frequency of 8~200 Hz. The results showed that the cor-relation coefficient r=0.9985,the linear range was in 0.014~0.885μg/ml and the detection limit was 0.012μg/ml. There was no obvious difference compared with gas chromatography, and the measurement result was more accurate.
