摘    要:研究了六种野草对菲污染土壤的修复作用和降解途径。通过60 d的温室盆栽试验,观察到:对菲浓度为100 mg kg-1的污染土壤,六种野草表现出了不同的去除能力:狐尾草>狗尾草>蟋蟀草>稗草>高羊茅>碱蓬。其中种植狐尾草、狗尾草、蟋蟀草的菲污染土壤菲去除率分别达到了:81.53%,78.02%和76.01%,碱蓬仅为42.86%。利用GC-MS联用仪初步研究了菲的降解途径,结果表明:菲主要按照邻苯二甲酸途径进行降解,降解产物主要有:长链正代烷烃、邻苯二甲酸酯类、长链正代醛和长链有机酸。中间产物最终进入TCA循环,降解为二氧化碳和水。

Abstract:The decontamination efficiency and pathway of six grass species to phenanthrene in soil were studied by pot experiments in a greenhouse.Results showed that the removal efficiency varied greatly among plant species when the initial concentration of phenanthrene was at 100 mg kg-1.The degradative ability in plants showed following sequence as Alopecurus pratensis>Setaria viridi > Eleusine indica > Echinochloa crusgalli(L.) Beauv.> Festuca elata > Suaeda salsa.About 81.53%,78.02% and 76.01% of phenanthrene was removed from the soil under Alopecurus pratensis,Setaria viridi and Eleusine indica,respectively.It was just 42.86% for Suaeda salsa.We studied the degradative pathway of phenanthrene by the means of mass.These results indicated that phenanthrene was degredated mainly according to the pathway of o-phthalic acids.The intermediate products were long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbons,phthalic ester,long-chain aliphatic aldehydes and long-chain organic acids.Lastly,most of them took part in the TCA circle and degraded to CO2 and H2O.
