| 摘 要： | 对A619与Cms237F2及BC1群体的育性观察结果表明，恢复系A619有一对恢复基因，用微卫星标记（SSR）将A619的恢复基因定位在玉米第8染色体短臂上，与SSR引物bnlg2307连锁，距bnlg2307 12.3cM。

| Abstract: | The results of observation for the restoration of male fertility about F 2 and BC 1 showed that there was one pair of restoring genes in restoring line A619.The restoring gene (Rf4) in A619 was found located in the short arm of chromosome 8 through the SSR method.The restoring gene in the chromosome 8 linked with bnlg2307,the genetic distance with bnlg2307 being 12.3 cM. |
