| Abstract: | The system of protection of products from original producing areas is a part of the current international brand-name protection system in the world. Fujian famous tea varieties are the traditional preponderant farm-products with the characteristics of original producing area protection. This paper expounds the relationship between Fujian famous tea varieties and their original producing areas and the role of protection of the products from original producing areas, and describes the present situation and prospects of original producing area protection of Fujian famous tea varieties. |
