摘    要:为了明确不同氮素水平对小麦生长发育的影响,提高氮素利用效率,以‘豫麦49’为材料,通过设置4个不同的氮素处理,对小麦孕穗期株高、叶面积系数、叶片鲜干重、茎鞘鲜重和干重、根鲜重和干重、根体积等形态指标以及小麦叶片中的叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量等生理指标的测定。结果表明,在一定范围内增施氮肥可以明显提高小麦株高、叶面积系数、叶片鲜重和干重、茎鞘鲜重和干重、根体积,但施氮水平达到240 kg/hm2后,增幅不明显。叶绿素和可溶性糖含量随施氮量的增加而增加,但MDA含量随施氮量的增加而减少。试验表明,施氮量为180~240 kg/hm2时有利于小麦孕穗期的生长发育。

Abstract:The aims were to clarify the effects of different levels of nitrogen on wheat growth and development, improve nitrogen use efficiency, reduce the effect of excessive application of fertilizer on the environment pollution and to increase crop yield.‘Yumai 49’has been used for the material, the experiment carried out in the experimental farm of Henan University of Science and Technology with four nitrogen treatment including 120 kg/hm2, 180 kg/hm2, 240 kg/hm2 and 300 kg/hm2, respectively. Plant height, leaf area index, fresh weight and dry weight of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of stem and sheath, fresh weight and dry weight of root, root volume and chlorophyll, MDA and soluble sugar content in leaves of wheat were studied at booting stage of wheat. The results showed increasing nitrogen within a certain extent could improve the wheat plant height, leaf area index, leaf fresh weight and dry weight, stem and sheath fresh weight and dry weight, root volume, but these were not increase or not significant increase when N exceeded 240 kg/hm2. Chlorophyll and soluble sugar content increased with amount of applied nitrogen increased, but MDA content decreased with amount of applied nitrogen increased. The experiment showed that, within the range of 180-240 kg/hm2 N fertilizer level were favorable to the growth and development during the booting stage in wheat.
