9种轻型屋顶绿化景天属植物的抗旱性研究

摘    要:为了筛选适宜无养护轻型屋顶绿化的抗旱植物,以胭脂红景天(Sedum spurium ‘Coccineum’)、佛甲草(S. lineare)、金叶佛甲草(S. lineare ‘JinYe’)、八宝景天(S. spectabile ‘Borea’)、松塔景天(S. nicaeense)等9种景天属植物为试验材料,通过光照培养箱模拟屋顶绿化环境进行控水试验,研究干旱胁迫下不同品种叶片含水量、超氧化物歧化酶,(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等抗旱相关生理指标的变化情况,同时观察景天的外部形态变化。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的增加,抗旱性强的品种叶片含水量下降幅度较小,脯氨酸反应不剧烈;除胭脂红景天外,大部分景天品种膜脂过氧化程度较轻,说明景天属植物总体上抗旱性较强。通过隶属函数法综合分析,9种轻型屋顶绿化景天属植物的抗旱性由强至弱的顺序为:佛甲草>八宝景天>垂盆草>宽叶佛甲草>费菜>德景天>松塔景天>金叶佛甲草>胭脂红景天。

Abstract:In order to select drought-resistant plants for un-serviced light roof greening,9 Sedum cultivars were investigated such as Sedum spurium'Coccineum',S.lineare,S.lineare'Jinye',S.spectabile'Borea' and S.nicaeense etc.Leaf water content,SOD(superoxide dismutase) activity,MDA(malondialdehyde) content and plant appearance etc.were observed under successive drought stress in light incubator which simulated green roof environment.The results showed that with the days of drought stress increasing,the leaf water content decreased slightly and proline less reacted;Membrane lipids proxidation in most of Sedum cultivars were slighter than which in S.spurium'Coccineum'.The results indicated that most Sedums had high drought resistance.The drought resistance of 9 Sedums were comprehensive evaluated with subordinate function,their drought-resistance order was S.lineareS.spectabile'Borea'S.sarmentosumS.lineare'Kuanye'S.aizoonS.hybridumS.nicaeenseS.lineare'Jinye'S.spurium'Coccineum'.
