| 摘 要： | 目的]优化甘氨酸螯合铜的合成条件。方法]以甘氨酸为原料，对甘氨酸螯合铜的反应条件进行探讨，研究反应液pH值、反应温度、反应时间对螯合反应的影响。结果]在反应液pH值较低时，产物吸光度随着pH值的增加而增加，当反应液pH值达到7以后，吸光度变化不明显，说明pH值为7时，反应进行完全；当反应温度低于50℃时，产物吸光度随着温度的增加而增加；时间对反应影响不大，为了便于操作，选择反应时间30min。用有机溶剂沉淀法可制得高纯度的甘氨酸螯合铜，并可用红外光谱法对产品进行确认。结论]确定了甘氨酸螯合铜合成的最佳条件：反应液pH值为7，反应温度50℃，反应时间30min。该反应条件下，甘氨酸螯合铜的产率可达90％以上。
