| 摘 要： | 从引进的北冬虫夏草菌株中筛选出适合山西省栽培的优良菌株,并且对北冬虫夏草的母种培养基进行了研究。结果表明:在供试的4个北冬虫夏草菌株中,C1菌株的栽培性状明显优于其余菌株;筛选的最适母种培养基配方为马铃薯20%,蔗糖2%,蛋白胨2%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硫酸镁0.05%,琼脂2%。 |

| Abstract: | We select the optimal strain of Cordyceps militaris for cultivation in Shanxi and studied its mother culture medium. The results showed that： C1 strain was better than the rest strains in the four tested strains of Cordyceps and the best mother culture medium was potato 20%, sucrose 2%, peptone 2%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.05% and agar 2%. |
