摘    要:根据国内市场竹笋产品的情况。通过对龙竹竹笋原料进行深加工,研制出笋脯,竹笋果冻,笋酱,油焖笋丝,傣味酸笋等系列软包装产品。

Abstract:This paper introduces the processing technology of bamboo shoots Dendrocalamus semiscandne ,which are processed into a series of soft-canned products,such as preserved shoots,bamboo shoot jelly,bamboo shoot jam,oil stew bamboo shoots and sour bamboo shoots.
