| 摘 要： | 为胚胎移植寻找高效、低耗的同期发情方法，用99头同年引进的南阳牛作为胚胎移植受体牛进行试验，采用一次前列腺素注射法随机注射、海绵栓 PMSG PG法、口服孕酮法三种方法处理对比，结果表明：一次前列腺素法受体牛同期发情率达到25．0％，48h同期率达到14．3％，受胎率达到35．7％；海绵栓 PMSG PG法受体牛同期发情率达到75．0％，48h同期率达到62．5％，受胎率达到44．4％；口服孕酮法受体牛同期发情率达到50．0％，48h同期率达到33．3％，受胎率达到44．4％。比较而言，海绵栓 PMSG PG法有较高的同期发情率和受胎率，并且处理成本低(85．8元)，是三种方法中最优方法。 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the experiment is to improve efficiency and effectiveness of estrous synchronization. 99 Nanyang cows were selected from Awati County, the 16th regiment and 4th regiment which were divided into three groups, and were treated with different measures to induce estrous synchronization. The results were as follows: injection PG only once during experiment; the measure of vagina-inserted sponge containing progestin +PMSG+PG; oral administration of progestin; the rates of 72 hours estrous synchronization are 25%, 75% and 50% respectively; the rates of 48 hours estrous synchronization are 14.3%,62.5% and 33.3%; the conception rate are 35.7%,44.4% and 44.4%; the measure of vagina-inserted sponge containing progestin +PMSG+PG has the higher rate of estrous synchronization and an acceptable cost(85.8$). |
