| 摘 要： | 分别对2个水稻抗病亲本25-289、IR71676-34-1-1与2个感病亲本桂649、测253进行杂交组配,并利用白叶枯病和稻瘟病菌液对亲本及其杂交F1 、F2进行接种鉴定,探讨两个双抗水稻品种的白叶枯病和稻瘟病抗性基因在杂交后代中的遗传表现.结果表明,25-289对广西稻区白叶枯病的抗性受一对显性基因控制,IR71676- 34-1-1是受一对隐性基因支配;两个抗病材料的稻瘟病抗性均受一对显性基因控制;两个抗性亲本的白叶枯病基因及稻瘟病基因均是独立遗传的,该研究结果为深入研究选育多抗水稻新品种提供了理论基础.
