藏药复方中余甘子和甘草及木香的薄层定性鉴别

摘    要:采用薄层色谱法对藏药复方中的甘草、余甘子、木香3味药材的有效成分进行了定性鉴别。结果表明:文中所选用的方法专属性强、灵敏度高、准确可靠,适用于藏药复方的质量控制。

Abstract:Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to quantitatively identify the active ingredients of Fructus phyllanthi, Radix glycyrrhizin and R. aucklandiae, the three major components of a cough-relieving Tibetan medicinal syrup. The procedures used in this study proved to be highly selective, sensitive, precise and reliable and are recommended for adoption in quality control of the production of this cough-relieving Tibetan medicinal syrup.
