番茄喷蘸植物生长调节剂与灰霉病发生的关系

摘    要:在棚室中比较了PCPA(对氯苯氧乙酸)、2,4-D蘸花及人工振动授粉与灰霉病发生的关系,发现番茄蘸花后花瓣及柱头在果实上的残留率大大增加并成为灰霉病菌的主要初侵染位点,加重了番茄灰霉病的发生。振动授粉的果实发育正常,灰霉病发病率极低。

Abstract:The effects of dipping flower with 2 plant growth regulators(PCPA,2,4 D)and artificial vibration pollination on the fruit development and the occurrence of grey mould of tomato in greenhouse were studied.It was found that the rate of residual petal and stigma on tomato fruit were increased significantly after dipping flower,and the petal and stigma became the major sites of initial infection,which resulted in the severe occurrence of grey mould.Whereas the fruit could develop normally by artificial vibration pollination,and the disease incidence was quite lower.
