| 摘 要： | 重点分析了我国甘蔗及制品质量与技术标准的研究进展及存在的问题,指出国内现行的甘蔗产业标准存在的一些问题,提出应尽快构建符合我国甘蔗产业发展需要的甘蔗及制品质量与技术标准的建议,并提出可从技术标准等3个方面对我国甘蔗产业标准进行研究。

| Abstract: | The research advance and its existing problems on standards of quality and technology about sugarcane planting, cane and its products in our country were analyzed emphatically. It was showed that the current standards of sugarcane industry in our country commomly existed the phenomenon such as longer standard period and so on, which could not suit to the development of sugarcane industry. The suggestions were proposed to establish the standards of quality and technology about sugarcane and its products in keeping with the needs for sugarcane industry development in our country, and to carry out study on the standards of sugarcane industry in our country from four directions of technical standards. |
