| Abstract: | Beginning with the meanings of investment in different phases of engineering construction project, the author analyzes the different connotations of investment at the three phases, states the problems in the engineering investment under the condition of traditional planned economy from the aspect of market economy. The improvement methods and suggestions are also put forward in this paper. |
