| 摘 要： | 发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务,在经济全球化、全球信息化、信息技术化的历史背景下,农业信息化是发展现代农业的必然路径,但中国面临着信息基础设施仍然落后、无法形成信息需求机制、农业信息资源缺乏有效地规划与整合、农民的文化水平和信息素质较低等实现农业信息化的现实障碍,主要有通过完善基础设施建设和加大政策倾斜力度、科学规划农业信息资源、培育信息主体等是实现农业信息化的必然路径。

| Abstract: | The development modern agriculture is the socialism most important task of new rural construction,in the economical globalization.Under the global information,the information technology history background,the agricultural information develops the modern agriculture inevitable way,But our country faced the information infrastructure still to fall behind,is unable to form the information need mechanism,the agriculture information resource lacks effectively the plan and the conformity,farmer's cultural level and the information quality is lower and so on to realize the agricultural information realistic barrier,Mainly had through the consummation infrastructure construction and enlarges the policy to incline dynamics,The science plan agriculture information resource,The cultivation message and so on realizes the agricultural information inevitable way. |
