| Abstract: | Academic secretary is the employee who provides ancillary services for scholars and experts in research. The academic subject librarian is also concurrently subject secretary, both for experts and scholars in the research, library collection construction. It is beneficial for the improvement of subject librarian level and for the development of library academic level. |
