| 摘 要： | 农村土地流动可能会产生农民失业、食物供给短缺、贫富进一步分化等不良后果.国家可以通过制定相应的约束制度、颁布<土地财产法>以及各种相应的产业政策等途径来规避农村土地流动的风险.

The risk of countryside land current can be avoided by making restrain system, issuing land asset law and some industrial policy. |
