摘    要:在秋菊金星大臣品种的营养生长期,分别用0.05mmol/L、0.25mmol/L和1.25mmol/LFe2+(Fe2+来自于Fe2SO4.7H2O)的水溶液对其进行叶面喷施,初步研究了不同浓度Fe2+溶液对菊花绿蕾期叶片几个与营养状态有关的生理指标以及花期的影响。结果表明,0.05mmol/L和0.25mmol/L Fe2+处理均使菊花绿蕾期叶片干重/鲜重较对照明显提高,同时0.25mmol/L Fe2+处理使菊花绿蕾期叶片中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量分别明显低于和高于其他处理,植株高度比对照在一定程度上有所增高,花期比对照(蒸馏水+吐温-80)提早和缩短7d;0.05mmol/L Fe2+处理可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的提高效应最明显,对植株增高的效应亦最明显,其花期比对照(蒸馏水+吐温-80)反而推迟和延长5d;1.25mmol/L Fe2+处理使菊花绿蕾期叶片干重/鲜重和可溶性蛋白质含量均明显低于0.05mmol/L和0.25mmol/L Fe2+处理,但株高比对照有所提高,其对花期的调节效应与0.05mmol/L Fe2+处理相同。

Abstract:During the vegetative growth stage of chrysanthemum jinxingdachen,0.05mmol/L,0.25mmol/L and 1.25mmol/L Fe2+(Fe2+ came from Fe2SO4·7H2O) were sprayed on the foliar to study the effects on the nutrition conditions of leaves in the green flower bud stage and the period of flowering.The treatments of 0.05mmol/L and 0.25mmol/L Fe2+ increased dry weight/fresh weight than the control's.For the treatment of 0.25mmol/L Fe2+,the soluble sugar content was lower and the soluble protein content was higher than the other treatments,while the height of plant increased to some extent and the first bloom time was 7d earlier than the control(distilled water+Tween-80).The treatment of 0.05mmol/L Fe2+ increased the content of the soluble sugar and soluble protein markedly,as well the height of plant,but the blooming period was 5d later than the control.The treatment of 1.25mmol/L Fe2+ made the dry weight/fresh weight and the soluble protein content lower than those of the treatments of 0.05mmol/L and 0.25mmol/L Fe2+,and made the height higher than control's,while the manipulation to florescence was just as same as the treatment of 0.05mmol/L Fe2+.
