| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法测定地昔尼尔的含量和有关物质的检测方法。采用c，。色谱柱（5“m，4．6mm×250mm），流动相为甲醇一水（30：70），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长269nm，进样量20斗L，柱温25℃。该方法的线性范围为1．01～20．16txg／mL（r=0．9998）；最低检出限2ng；精密度的RSD为0．56％（n=6）；平均加样回收率为99．66％（n=9）。该方法简便灵敏，结果准确可靠，可用于地昔尼尔原料的含量及有关物质的测定。

| Abstract: | A method based on HPLC was developed for determination of the content and related substances of dicyclanil Using C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)and methanol-water(30∶70) as the mobile phase with UV detection at 269 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The injection volume was 20 μL.The results showed that linear range of the method was 1.01～20.16 μg/mL(r=0.9998),the limit of detection was 2 ng with the precision RSD of 0.56%(n=6),the average recovery of the preparation was 99.66%(n=9).The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for the determination of content and related substances of dicyclanil. |
