摘    要:皮下注射经复方煤焦油酸溶液灭活后的O型口蹄疫乳鼠组织毒(LD50=1×10-8.0)感染4日龄乳鼠,通过ELISA试验考察复方煤焦油酸溶液对O型口蹄疫乳鼠组织毒的杀灭效果。结果显示,复方煤焦油酸溶液1∶600倍稀释液在室温条件下作用30 min,能100%杀灭口蹄疫强毒,可用于口蹄疫病毒污染的动物栏舍、运载工具、环境等的消毒,在杀灭病毒、安全性等方面与国外同类产品相当。

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to determine the killing effect of compound coal tar acids solution disinfectant against foot- and- mouth disease virus (FMDV). The 4 -day- old mice were artificially infected by O type FMDV( LDs0 = 1 x 10-8) mixed with different concentrations of the disinfectants through subcutaneous injection route, then virus proliferation in vivo was tested by ELISA. The results showed that FMDV mixed with 1:600 diluted disinfectant at room temperature for 30 minutes were completely inactivated. Compound tar acids solution disinfectant could be used for disinfection of animal pens, vehicles and environment to control FMD outbreak, and was equal to foreign similar products in antivirus, security and other aspects.
