摘    要:气雾法栽培、营养液栽培和无土基质(沙培)栽培三种无土栽培方式的对比试验表明:气雾法栽培马铃薯植株的长势异常旺盛,其株高、茎粗、叶面积、根系长度和匍匐茎长度等形态指标最大,同时全株鲜重和脱毒小薯的数量与重量也明显大于营养液栽培和沙培。结果说明,气雾法是一种比较合适的脱毒小薯生产方法。

Abstract:Potato plants were treated with, nutrient solution culture and sand culture for 60 days, the experiment showed that there was an increase in plant height, stem width, leaf area, root length, stolen length, tuber weight and overall plant fresh weight at the areoponics culture, compared with nutrient solution culture and sand culture . The results indicated that the areoponics culture was a good method to produce the mini-tuber of potato.
