| 摘 要： | 指出了湿地在淡水循环中发挥着重大作用,没有湿地就没有水。湿地资源最直接的产出是水,湿地在维护水资源的水质与水量安全方面发挥着重要作用。湿地保护与恢复工程建设能给金沙湖水资源的天然优化配置、合理利用以及综合管理提供保障,并能带来巨大的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,能有效地保护好饮用水源。

| Abstract: | Water is the most direct output of wetland resources, thus the wetland plays an important role in protecting the water quality and quantity. Wetland protection and restoration projects for Jingsha Lake water resources can provide security for the optimal allocation of the natural, reasonable utilization and comprehensive management, bring the enormous ecological, economic and social benefits, and effectively protect the drinking water sources. |
