| 摘 要： | 农机购置补贴政策是我国两减免、三补贴等支农惠农政策中的重点项目。实践证明,实施农机购置补贴政策,极大地调动了农民购买农业机械的积极性,为推进新农村建设、构建和谐社会、农业的科技进步和可持续发展起到了积极的促进作用。受区域自然环境和经济条件制约,各地农机购置补贴项目实施的效应和障碍不尽相同。为此,分析了商洛山区实施农机购置补贴政策项目后产生的直接效应和障碍;同时,提出了贫困地区实施农机购置补贴政策项目的政策初步建议。 |
