摘    要:采用8096系列单片机系统,对电弧喷涂时的电流进行采样,用模糊控制方法对送丝速度进行控制,以实现电弧喷涂电流的稳定。实验证实,在其他条件不变的情况下,对送丝速度进行控制后,电弧喷涂电流波动幅度大大降低,喷涂时粒子的尺寸更加均匀,喷涂层更加细致、均匀,涂层的性能有较大的提高。

Abstract:In this paper, a fuzzy control system of electric arc spraying current is introduced. The system is composed of a chip computer, peripheral circuits and softwares. In this system, in order to stabilize the electric arc spraying current, the wire feeding velocity of arc spray was controlled according to the result deduced by the fuzzy control theory with the sampling values of current. It is testified that the fluctuant rate of current was sharply decreased, the sizes of particles were well distributed, the texture of coating was homogeneous,the coating quality was improved, when the wire feeding velocity was controlled by the system and the other parameters were not varied.
