| 摘 要： | 文章分析了林业科技管理工作特点及系统功能需求,提出了系统开发的六个原则,即先进性、拓展性、易维护性、实用性、安全性、开放性原则;并运用先进的网络平台和数据存储技术,开发广东林业科技业务管理系统,从而实现林业科技项目、科技成果、科技机构、科技人员等管理工作的规范化、网络化,达到信息的远程录入、查询、统计、上传等功能要求;随着系统的完善和全面应用,将极大地提高广东林业科技管理效能和公共服务能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics of forestry sci-technology management and requirements of system function, put forward that management system development must insist on the principle of advance, expansibility, maintainability, practicality, security and openable. Using advanced network platforms and data storage technology, develops the forestry sci-technology management information system of Guangdong province, thus realizes standardization and networking on forestry sci-technology management about projects, achievements, organization, personnel of sci-technology, and so on. It meets function requirements on information long-distance input, inquiry, statistics, upload by internet. As system perfect and comprehensive application, it will enhance the Guangdong forestry sci-technology management potency and collective services ability enormously. |
