茖葱种子抑制物质的初步研究

摘    要:通过不同浓度的茖葱种子甲醇及水浸提液对白菜种子发芽抑制试验,证实了茖葱种子中存在发芽抑制物质。进一步试验表明,抑制物质主要存在于甲醇相和乙醚相中,对白菜籽发芽的抑制能力分别达到Ⅰ和Ⅲ级。

Abstract:Studied different concentration of Methanol extracts and water extracts of Allium victorialis seed on seed germination of cabbage.The result indicated that there were inhibitory substance in Allium victorialis seed,and these inhibitory substance mainly existed in methanol and ethyl ether,and inhibitory ability achieved respectively Ⅰ and Ⅲ level to cabbage seed.
