摘    要:采用土培法研究不同浓度水杨酸(SA)处理对废电池溶液胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,低浓度SA能够增加废电池胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片中光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量,提高根系活力;降低叶片电导率、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量,说明SA能缓解废电池对玉米幼苗的胁迫作用,当浓度高于0.1 g/L时,缓解作用逐渐降低。

Abstract:Effects of different concentration of salicylic acid on the physiological characteristic of Maize seedling polluted by used batteries was investigated by means of the earth culture.The results showed that the photosynthetic pigment,soluble protein content and the root activity of the Maize seedling polluted by used batteries increased,the conductivity,MDA and proline content decreased under low concentration of salicylic acid,while high concentration of salicylic acid can make a contrary impact.The results ...
