磁场作用玉米种子的生物学效应及参数选择

摘    要:通过研究不同磁场强度处理玉米种子所产生的生物效应表明:磁场对玉米种子发芽率有显著的作用,无论风干种还是湿种,磁场作用效应是一条抛物线;最佳的磁场强度风干种为2000GS、湿种是1500GS。而磁场作用玉米种子对幼苗次生根影响也比较显著,且磁场强度与玉米幼苗根系之曲线呈一典型的峰值曲线,最佳磁场强度风干种2000~2300GS、湿种为1500~2000GS。

Abstract:Bio-effects on corn seeds treated with diffirent magnetic field intensities (MFI)showed that there was a remarkable effect of the magnetic field on germination of corn seeds. The response of the MFI indicated that there was a parabolic curve for corn seeds no matter whether they are air dry seeds or wet dry seeds. The optimum MEI was 2000 GS for air dry seeds and 1500 GS for soaked ones. A more significant effect of MFI on the secondary roots of corn seedling was observed with a typical peak-curve between MFi and the roots growth. The optimum MFI was 2000~2300 GS and 1500~2000 GS for air dry seeds and soaked seeds respectively.
