多效唑对荞麦生长、生理及产量影响的研究

摘    要:以甜荞82-230为材料,研究了不同浓度的多效唑对荞麦生长、生理及产量的影响。结果表明:(1)多效唑有矮化植株的作用,随着浓度的增加,植株矮化、茎秆增粗的效应越明显。(2)多效唑可提高叶绿素含量,延缓叶片衰老过程中SOD活性的下降。(3)200 mg/L多效唑可最大幅度地增加荞麦产量,增产58.9%,主要表现为株粒数和百粒重的增加。

Abstract:Jin buckwheat 82-230 was selected as the material of this experiment,the effects of different concentrations of MET on growth and development,physiology and yield of buckwheat were studied.The results showed that(1) MET decreased the plant height and increased the stem thickness.With the increase of concentration,the effects on plant height decrease and stem thickness increase was more and more obvious.(2) MET influenced the buckwheat physiology,it improved chlorophyll content,delayed the decrease of SOD activity.(3)200mg/L EPA both increased the kernel number and hundred kernel weight,it improved the yield by 58.9%.
