| 摘 要： | 以木材净需求量、计划发出订货量等数据为基础，建立木材企业MRP库存控制模型，分析供应链环境下MRP实现的措施，提出采用第3方物流企业管理库存的模式。结合永安人造板厂、永林蓝豹、永安隆达3家木材企业，应用所建立的MRP库存控制模型，在精确计算各木材企业需求量的基础上，对各企业独立库存和由第3方物流管理库存2种模式进行比较，结果表明，基于MRP的第3方物流企业管理库存可以节约库存费用，为供应链环境下木材企业的库存问题，提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The MRP inventory control model of timber enterprise was built, the measures to realize the model under supply chain environment were analyzed, and the inventory management model by the third party logistics enterprise were proposed based on the data analysis of net timber demand quantity and the planned order quantity. Taking the data of three timber enterprises, i. e. , Yongan Artificial Board Co. , Ltd. , Yonglin Blue Leopard Co. , Ltd. and Yongan Longda Co. , Ltd. , as example, a comparative study was made between the model of independent inventory of each enterprise and the inventory model managed by the third party logistics enterprise by applying the MRP inventory control model and by calculating accurately the product demand quantity of each enterprise. The result showed that the inventory costs managed by the third party logistics enterprises was significantly reduced in comparison with the other treatment, which would provide the policy makers with reference to solve the inventory control issue for timber enterprises under supply chain environment. |
